Beautiful heavy lovely just as pictured!
These are beautiful door knobs. They look antique but work like brand new! The matte black color is on point and so trendy right now. Installation is easy and standard.installation is easy and standard. The fit was perfect for my doors and I only had to make a slight adjustment to my old wooden door for this to work. The feel of the metal is smooth and quality and the grip is good smooth and quality and the grip is good. All in all these make such a nice improvement to my doors.
Upgraded the decades old contractor grade knobs. Need to order more.
It's pricier than other knobs I've gotten but after removing the old one to install it, I can see why. The internals are all metal, with the only plastic piece being a protector to install into the door frame. It's very heavy and solid, and I like that you just press a button to lock it. It replaced our old broken bathroom door handle and I feel like the button lock will be harder to mess up that a twisting lock. It was easy to install, and the color looks nice. Antiqued but not dingy, so it looks nice without standing out and looking garish.
Since we have a 101 year old house I cannot install this until I modify the door.But I can say that it appears to be very well made and a near perfect match to our ancient installed door knobs?I'll edit this review after fixing the door.
