Product Warranty Policy
Seny Hardware provides a 24-month electronic warranty to the original residential user for the product, covering defects in materials and workmanship as long as the original user resides in the residence where the product was initially installed. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to all products sold on or after November 22, 2025.
The above warranty does not cover, and Seny Hardware assumes no liability for:
- Scratches or wear resulting from abnormal use, improper installation;
- Any labor costs;
- Accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation or maintenance, modifications, use of abrasives or chemical cleaners, public area applications, or non-residential applications;
- Failure to use the product according to Seny Hardware's instructions or use of components other than Seny Hardware parts.
Action to be Taken by Seny
For defective products returned for inspection, provided they meet the conditions (free of encumbrances, accompanied by a defect statement and proof of purchase), Seny's liability shall be limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the product.
Disclaimer
Our maximum liability for any product sold is limited to the actual purchase price of that product. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, sale, or use of this product, whether based on breach of contract, product warranty, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from region to region.
