RETURN CONDITIONS
We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return request is accepted, we'll send you the return address, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
REFUNDS
Kindly Note: If the return is not due to a product defect or shipping error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES
We only facilitate exchanges for the exact item purchased. If you wish to exchange for a different item, please return the item you've bought and place a new order. For replacements, send an email to support@senyhardware.com.
RETURN FEES

For returns requested for reasons other than quality or shipping issues, the return shipping cost will need to be covered by the customer.
