These look amazing on my new French doors !
So this is thin and a bit chintzy. But once installed it looks really beautiful. I absolutely love it. We weren't sure what to do with our antique doors - repair them or update them. This is a super easy way to do both - colors are beautiful, nice crisp clean lines, the crystal is beautiful, but we can keep the door as-is. A very simple update.It's not an exact fit to my door, it took a little tweaking. It is reversible, you can do left swing or right swing. The skeleton key actually works. And this is super affordable. I'm really happy with it.
I absolutely love the vintage look of these glass door knobs. I got it to replace my boring knob on my closet door. Keep in mind if you're replacing a newer door knob the plate may not line up and you may have to drill new holes in your door. Overall though, beautiful well made door knob, and easy to install. Love the vintage key too! So pretty and it does work!
I think the look, sturdiness, feel, action of mortise, all are good. I did not care for the diameter of the glass knob. These knobs were noticeably smaller than others I have - and I have small hands.
